Our mission.
For Carl Foundation helps Cape Breton students whose lives have been touched by diabetes take their next step after high school. Each year we award the Carl MacKinnon Memorial Scholarship to a graduating student, in Carl’s name and in the spirit of how he lived.
02 / LOOKING AHEAD
Our vision.
We want every Cape Breton student living with diabetes, or caring for someone who is, to know that people are in their corner. We picture a scholarship that grows a little every year and is carried forward by Carl’s family for generations, so his name keeps opening doors long after us.
